Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. Accordingly, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact in writing at our headquarters address or via e-mail: support@allintraders.pl.
What is the source of obtaining your personal information?
We obtain your personal data primarily from you, in particular in the context of registration, logging in, placing orders, entering into contracts, providing us with information through the Website or communicating with us. We may also obtain your personal information from/to:
state authorities, public registers and other publicly available sources - names and surnames, genders, dates of birth, identification numbers (including PESEL, NIP, REGON and other numbers in the relevant registers of foreign entities), e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, business, residence and mailing addresses (street, house number, city with postal code), website address,
Payment processors - names, genders, email addresses, financial transaction data (e.g., account numbers, credit or payment cards, other unique identifiers),
Internet providers - location data, Internet identifiers (IP addresses), types of Internet browsers, the devices and systems you use, the sites you access and the actions you take on them, the content of cookies.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes and with the following attitudes, i.e.:
1) for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and storing data in cookies, collecting personal data from websites and mobile applications - based on your consent,
2) to take action at your request before entering into a contract with us and for the purpose of its performance, in particular:
x. to provide services electronically through the Website, including enabling Registration, Logging in, placing Orders, entering into Contracts or Fee-based Agreements, providing information through the Website,
xi. efficient maintenance and operation of the Website and ensuring
security of its use,
xii. creation, maintenance and management of the Account, including ensuring the operation of the

What kind of your personal data do we process?
The processing of your personal data by us may involve names, gender, date of birth, company, identification numbers (including but not limited to PESEL, NIP, REGON and other numbers in relevant registers of foreign entities), e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, business addresses, residence
and correspondence addresses (street, house number, city with postal code), financial transaction data (including but not limited to. account numbers, credit or payment card numbers, other unique identifiers), location data, Internet identifiers (IP addresses), types of Internet browsers, devices and systems,
you use, the pages you access, the actions you take on them, the content of cookies, and other personal data you voluntarily provide to us on the Website, including through interactive forms or surveys, or when you contact us.
Will your personal information be profiled?
Your data may be subject to profiling. Profiling uses information about your activities on the Website,
including contracts you have entered into, or socio-demographic data, in order to tailor marketing information to your individual preferences.
To whom may we disclose your personal information?
We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to the competent authorities, including courts, government and local government administration bodies, pre-trial investigation bodies, enforcement bodies and other legal protection authorities, business information bureau, debt buyers, entities participating in the processes of takeovers, mergers, divisions, transformations of business entities carried out
with the participation of the Data Controller, based on the relevant legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law.
To whom must we disclose your personal information?
We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to the competent authorities, including courts, governmental and local administration bodies, pre-trial investigation bodies, enforcement bodies and other legal protection authorities, business information bureau, debt buyers, entities participating in the processes of takeovers, mergers, divisions, transformations of business entities carried out
with our participation, based on the relevant legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law.
To whom can we entrust the processing of your personal data?
We may entrust the processing of your personal data to third parties providing us with, in particular, hosting services, management of the Website, including in the process of servicing Data Subjects, transportation services (including postal operators, persons conducting postal or courier activities that are not postal operators), payment intermediation (including banks and payment institutions), information technology, equipment repair, marketing, collection of opinions about Products, consulting, accounting, tax, financial, debt collection, legal, archiving and destruction, storage of records, and above all loss adjustment (including contractors for loss adjustment services). We may also entrust this processing to third parties providing services to us or directly to you that are necessary for the use of the Website, including Registration, Login, placing Orders, entering into Contracts or Fee-based Agreements, providing information through the Website, or communicating with you including for the purpose of processing your complaint.
Whenever we entrust the processing of your personal data, it happens within the framework of generally applicable laws. Our service providers must provide guarantees to implement technical and organizational solutions to protect your personal data and process it in accordance with the RODO.
Will your personal data be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?
Your personal data may be processed in Poland, a member state of the European Union (EU), within the European Economic Area (EEA). They may also be processed outside the EEA, including by international organizations, through their transfer by us, but only if it is necessary for the purposes of our processing of your personal data. The transfer and processing of your personal data outside the EEA will be subject to an adequate degree of protection, adequate to the principles provided
in the RODO as recognized by a decision of the European Commission. We will inform you of our intention to transfer your personal data outside the EEA at the stage of collection.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We will keep your personal data for as long as there is a legal basis for processing it, unless generally applicable laws would require us to keep it longer. Your personal data will therefore be kept by us for the following periods:
1 ) until you revoke your consent - in case their processing is based on the consent you have given,
2 ) until you object - if the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests,
3 ) until the expiration of obligations arising from contracts concluded with us and claims
for their performance - in case their processing is necessary for the performance of contracts or to take action at your request of the Person prior to the conclusion of this contract,
4 ) until the expiration of our obligations under generally applicable laws,
5 ) until the expiration, including the statute of limitations, of rights, claims or obligations, both yours and ours - where the processing is necessary for purposes arising from our legitimate interests.
Once your personal data has been processed, it will be deleted or anonymized.
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?
In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to request access to your personal data and for us to send you a copy of the complete set of such data and information about the processing of your Data. You may also request us to rectify your personal data by pointing out incorrect or outdated data. Further, you may also request us to delete your Personal Data, whereby we may refuse to do so in cases specified by generally applicable law. You may also request that we transfer your personal data by preparing and transmitting the personal data you have indicated to another controller or to you, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and restricting our processing of such data.
You may also object at any time to our processing of your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by us, including profiling on that basis, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Your objection is binding on us, unless we demonstrate the existence of a valid legitimate basis for processing that overrides your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
If your personal data is processed for the purposes of our direct marketing, you will be able to object at any time to such processing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing. Your objection is binding on us and you do not have to justify it in any way.
If you feel that we have violated your personal data in some way you have the right to file a complaint directly to the supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, which operates at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. In your complaint you should include a full description of the incident that occurred.
Can you withdraw your consent to process your personal data?
Yes, you can revoke such consent at any time. However, you must keep in mind that such revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we performed on the basis of consent before revocation (effect for the future).
